Mommy tried to post some new videos of me walking, but she is having some trouble SO here is another picture of me giving Maggie some love!

Little head

This picture makes me look like I have a very small head.
I actually always have had a very small head... I was in about the 10th percentile for head size ever since I was born. Mommy was scared I'd wind up a pinhead.
At my last doctors appointment we discovered my head has LEAPED ahead into the 50th percentile. Not HUGE, but it will certainly keep me from pinheaded-ness.

My NEW shoes!

Apparently, along with my new skill of walking comes a few small responsibilities... primary among them is the requirement that I wear shoes. According to mommy and daddy, that means WEAR them on my FEET, not take them off and put them in my mouth, which has thus far been my most extensive experience with footwear.

So today we headed out to the mall and bought my first pair of big girl shoes (courtesy of Nana and Nano - thanks guys!!) Aren't they pretty??? Supportive and yet fashionable. I heart them!

 

Maggie-Gym

Lately, I have been treating the dogs as my personal jungle gym. Maggie has MUCH more patience for it than Zuzu!
Mommy and Daddy call them smelly ho's, but I don't think they are anything at all like a garden tool!

Baby you can drive my car!

My Nana Anna and Pop Pop got me this awesome car ride-on toy for christmas. When Daddy first put me in it I was a little bit too small for it... or maybe it was too big for me. Either way, it was a while before I could enjoy it, even to just be pushed around the house using the adult handle you see sticking up in the back....


But now I can finally use it like the super cool ride-on car that it is! I cruise ALL over the house and trust me, those dogs and cats better watch the heck out. I got me a mean case of road rage!! (Kind of like mommy... we drive 20 minutes each way to daycare every day, so I know what I'm talking about!)

Thanks again Nana and Pop Pop for another AWESOME toy!!

My feet, my feet, my magical feet!

My foot in August 2005.... and my feet in August 2006. It's hard to gauge the size difference just from these pics but Daddy says it is considerable!
The importance of the feet will be realized when I tell you that I took my first steps today! 2 1/2 of them to be exact!!
(I could maybe have done more but mommy's screaming scared the heck out of me!)
Anyway, they don't have any pics of me doing my new trick yet, so Mommy thought the feet pics would do nicely!

My first Merry-Go-Round ride!

When I was in New Jersey last weekend my cousin Gracie took me on my first ride on a merry-go-round! It was awesome... everytime the dragon I was riding went up and down I said "WOW!"

I went to visit my cousin Gracie this weekend and had the BEST time with her baby carriage and shopping cart. I am REALLY close to walking as you will see when mommy posts some more videos tomorrow night!
